The Magnolia Education Foundation established the Dr. Todd Stephens Civic Service Scholarship in 2024 to honor retired Magnolia ISD Superintendent Dr. Todd Stephens, who served the district for 15 years.
This $2,500 scholarship is awarded annually to a graduating Magnolia ISD senior who demonstrates leadership, integrity, and a passion for civic service. Applicants should be interested in pursuing careers in public service such as education, government, law enforcement, military service, social services, or similar fields.

The Texas Regional Bank First Generation Scholarship is offered in partnership with Texas Regional Bank and is open to Magnolia ISD seniors who will be first-generation college students.

The Finke’s Rainbow Memorial Scholarship honors the life of Jaclyn Finke, a former Smith Elementary teacher and Advanced Academic Coordinator who played an important role in developing the REACH Program.
This scholarship celebrates Mrs. Finke’s dedication to education and her passion for encouraging students to reach beyond their limits to achieve their dreams. The scholarship is open to Magnolia ISD students whose parent is a teacher or substitute teacher within the district.
