The Employee Partner Program (EPP) is a fundraising program created specifically for Magnolia ISD staff to support the Magnolia Education Foundation. Through this program, teachers and district employees can give back to their schools by donating through a small payroll deduction or by making a one-time contribution.
As a thank you for participating, staff members receive exclusive MEF shirts or sweatshirts each year. The program has grown into one of the Foundation’s largest annual fundraisers and continues to expand with strong participation from campuses across the district.

Each August, Magnolia ISD staff are invited to participate in the Employee Partner Program. Participants can contribute through a small payroll deduction each paycheck, make a one-time donation, or support the program by purchasing exclusive MEF apparel.
Payroll deduction options typically range from about $2 to $12 per paycheck, making it an easy and affordable way for staff to support Magnolia Education Foundation programs that benefit students and educators across the district.
Campuses across Magnolia ISD take part in a friendly participation challenge. Schools that reach participation goals are recognized and celebrated by MEF throughout the year, often with appreciation events supported by community partners such as H-E-B.
